When the world weighs me down, during daylight hours, if my OCD brain gets to racing again - I can look out my front-window at the BirdBath out front - and see the Birdies flying in and out; they care not the fountain is broken, just that there is a "mini-pond" for them, and it can help settle my mind at least for a few moments by God's grace, comfort, and voice I can hear speaking from them. And I remember, things could always be better but they could also be worse - I take a breath - try to relax - turn it all over to him.]
