[pre-chorus] so easy to get into a routine, bundled up in little boxes hanging on the notion of things conjured up in a days dream [chorus] well, i can withstand pretty much anything for 10 seconds i can stay in, stay in stasis, and keep working, a means to an end [verse] there's nothing to be done about most of it... except waiting it out. and, to tell truths there's plenty here to work on and much to speak fine-tuning bio-rhythms as other internal gadgetry recalibrates occasionally i'll stray and float idly around, talking myself into patience. sometimes strolling down the wrong side of the right street amidst a conundrum of buses heading towards a labyrinth of stairs leading up, or down, depending the time of day into the lost woods [chorus] well, i can withstand pretty much anything for 10 seconds i can stay in, stay in stasis, and keep working, a means to an end [verse] sense-memories induced by all these fantastic chemicals remind me of how ephemeral and amorphous a moment of perception can be always that the moments pass, and the perceived and perceiving continue to be... both.
