This song is no longer part of my SUNO activity. This remains here as memorial traces. ================================== [[Disclaimer]] This piece stems from a specific memory, especially for those who know or have a connection to Japan. I’ve left space for your own interpretation, but please know it was created with my utmost sincerity. For the full story, see the production notes. ● おすすめの曲/You may also like to listen to : - 🕊️ 3.11 そっと想いを🪽(369 ☕️🍰): https://suno.com/song/d9005a4f-5068-4a52-b07a-117f4ceacb01 - Our Legacy (hyo_nfo): https://suno.com/song/b9004c77-0e74-47d4-8700-dcd6b5b05e06 - ハーベスト・レイン (hyo_nfo): https://suno.com/song/03f015ba-2e96-40e2-a0c9-304423ee31f6 - Sakura Fading Away (arthur.keychie): https://suno.com/song/b7ec82fb-b3e5-4180-8fda-7511796e5126 - 祈りのつづき (Prayer Continues) (夜更カシ症候群): https://suno.com/song/998610c0-672c-4bb5-8ed1-25a95de46fb2?sh=ln7pGCWyMJnF7Frx ============================ Three... I admit my stance here is somewhat different from when I wrote the song about Kobe. It is also why I chose to make this a predominantly English track. I will likely always be an "outsider" to the people of Japan, yet I am also a member of Japanese society. In March 2011, when I had just moved to Tokyo to start my life here, I felt for the first time how much the world could truly shake. Though I was in Tokyo—perhaps a relatively safe zone—I struggled mentally for a while, even experiencing the illusion that the floor was trembling when nothing was moving. After that period, I also visited Christchurch, New Zealand. Seeing another place marked by similar echoes further deepened my perspective on memory and recovery. There are things the world shouldn't forget, things you personally don't want to forget, and things you wish you could forget. To be honest, this event sits somewhere between wanting to forget and wanting to remember. But as someone who remains, I decided to write this song because I didn’t want to let myself forget. So, while this isn’t strictly my "personal story," it is a piece deeply infused with my own reflections. It has now been 15 years. I want to continue making an effort not to forget. Thank you for listening to my music.
