Mike No! (Remastered)

Verse 1] We were flying high in old Munich town Steins were clinking, the beer was going down Laughter echoing through the crowd Till Mike took it one step loud He raised his glass, but not to toast He took a bite, like it was roast Shards and cheers, we lost control And all we said was “Mikie, nooo…” [Chorus] Oh Mike, no, not again You’re our brother, you’re our friend But every time the drinks just flow You go too far, we all just know Yeah we love you, that’s for sure But when tequila hits the floor We brace ourselves for the Mike show And someone shouts out “Mike… no!” [Verse 2] Ski boots off in Vail that night The fire was warm, the mood was light ’Til Mike said, “Let’s have a fight” Andrew smiled and pinned him tight Again and again, the count was done But Mike wasn’t having fun He screamed and ran, emotions high Right through a mirror — glass would fly [Chorus] Oh Mike, no, not again You’re our brother, you’re our friend But every time the drinks just flow You go too far, we all just know Yeah we love you, that’s for sure But when the whiskey starts to pour The madness starts to steal the show And someone yells out “Mikie… no!” [Bridge] Saint-Tropez with the crew Bodie, Face, and Valentino too But you and Bodie hit it first Before the hunger and the thirst got worse You raised a glass — not to sip But to crunch it down like a bag of chips Bodie texted, “It’s gone too far” Before they even left the car [Chorus] Oh Mike, no, not again You’re our brother, you’re our friend But every time the drinks just flow You go too far, we all just know Yeah we love you, that’s no lie You’re the wildest kind of guy But when the night begins to blow We brace and whisper “Mikie… no!” [Outro] So here’s to you, our legend true The stories live because of you The broken glass, the bruises show But our love is deeper than you know So raise a pint, here’s to the man Who always goes beyond the plan We laugh, we cry, and off we go Together singing… “Mikie Nooooo”
