🥁Inspired by Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" and I Prevail's "My Heart I Surrender"

💡It often happens that, as a musician, you express your true feelings through song. Honestly and without nonsense. That's what I've done here again. Drawing on the aforementioned sources of inspiration, I wanted to create a text that captures my experiences in chronological order. Perhaps it has become a bit cryptic, but I think those who can read between the lines will understand.

🎤Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
You breathed so slow, so near.
The world fell still right here.
I wished this calm would stay.

The light traced lines on skin.
I let the morning in.
Too scared to drift away.

[Chorus]
I was lost inside your eyes.
And somehow I felt found.
Your heartbeat matched the quiet.
I still sing along.

[Verse 2]
The air feels still tonight.
Your breath has grown so light.
I barely hear it now.

The light bends softer too.
The walls forget their hue.
And time won’t tell me how.

[Chorus]
I was lost inside your eyes.
And somehow I felt found.
Your heartbeat matched the quiet,
I still sing along.

[Verse 3]
The bed has learned the cold.
Your side stays calm and whole.
As if you might return.

I hum the songs we knew.
The quiet answers too.
But never quite the same.

[Chorus]
I was lost inside your eyes.
And somehow I felt found.
Your heartbeat matched the quiet, and,
I still sing along.

Now the song has lost its tune.
The echoes fade too soon.
But in the space you left behind,
I still sing along.

🆔Introducing: Ryan O'Casto
Age: 29
Nationality: Irish
Affiliation: FRGMNT (band)
Role: Guitarist
Instrument: Rhythm Guitar
Fun-fact: He cries at romantic movies

📛Meet the Band:
Bass - Faye Jackson
Rhythm Guitar - Ryan O'Casto
Clean Vocals & Keyboard - Galen Stewards
Harsh Vocals - Marcus Rutherford
Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals - Nela Glyn
Drums - Tyler Brooks

Super Secret Fun-Fact: The rhythm guitarist's name was originally supposed to be Ryan O'Kelly. When I generated the first characters using Sora, the good old CastoByte told me that the character had some similarities to him, which wasn't originally intended. Casto insisted that I should name the character after him. Since the first name wasn't allowed to begin with a C, I renamed him "Ryan O'Casto". In return, Casto named a persona after me. The O as a prefix to the last name is Irish and means something like "son of." The character is now called Ryan, son of Casto.
