LEARNING TO JUMP

😃 This is me. Mask off… or at least cracked enough to breathe. I wear it even in the mirror, pretending I don’t see the scars that still hum like loose wires under my skin. I’m sick of feeling like I do fried‑brain nights, treats that numb me just enough to keep the grenades from dropping. But I’m here. Still here. Some days I’m juggling grenades with hands that forgot how to stop shaking. Some days my thoughts fry themselves before I can catch them, sparking out like Pac‑Man hitting a glitch in the last level of my mind. Every scar is a breadcrumb trail I never meant to leave behind. Every memory is a bruise I keep pretending doesn’t still ache. I’m a loose wire too much shoved in, too much voltage, too much truth trying to escape at once. But I know I can do anything. I know it. Even on the days when the low end hits hard and the jail in my mind slams its door loud enough to echo. Let the moment breathe. Let the fear unclench. Let the heart lead even when the head is a locked room with no windows. Oh I forgot the whole room breathing for a second. Don’t dress it up. I don’t trust anyone. You’re just lucky some of you vibe alright. I don’t trust anyone but I still hope someone proves me wrong. Welcome to the rooftop Void where snacks are power‑ups, popcorn is prophecy, and you can have your cake… and have the skyline warmed up too, for hearts that like their risks with flare.. Welcome to the rooftop Void where snacks are power‑ups, popcorn is prophecy, and you can have your cake… and have the skyline warmed up too, for hearts that like their risks with flare. Turn the volume high. If I crack, let it echo. If I fall, let it thunder. If I bleed a little truth, let it stain the beat. TODAY WE LEARN. I’m afraid, but I try. I’m sick of feeling like I do but I still rise. TODAY WE LEARN. My snacks aren’t cute. They’re tiny chemical treaties I sign with myself to stay numb enough to keep moving. And the people on Suno the ones who write raw, sing raw, deliver truth without flinching they’re the reason I drop my mask. The reason I speak. The reason I don’t disappear into the lost void I would’ve jumped into if it wasn’t for a pair of eyes watching me, seeing me, holding me steady when my own reflection couldn’t. Some nights I swear my shadow is the only thing that understands how heavy I’ve become. Some nights I feel like the world is one long hallway of locked doors and I’m running out of keys. But I’m still here. Still breathing. Still trying. Still choosing not to let the chaos be the only voice in the room. I’m sick of feeling like I do… but I’m learning to let the hurt speak without letting it steer. I’m learning to jump even when the ground feels thin. I jump ’cause I say I do. And as long as I jump, I’m not lost. I jump ’cause I say I do. But you? You do you… or come join the zoo. JOIN. THE. ZOO. JOIN. THE. ZOO. JOIN. THE. ZOO. This is me. Mask off. No filler. Loose wire. Pac‑Man thoughts. Grenade hands. Treats that numb. Eyes that save. Still here. Still trying. Still rising. Still sick of feeling like I do… but still jumping because I say I do.
