Earth is our home - our refuge in the vast emptiness of space.

We all know those images of our planet taken from hundreds of kilometers above.
That fragile blue sphere, wrapped in nothing but a thin layer of atmosphere.

And yet, this delicate shell protects us from the harshest OUTSIDE conditions,
like deadly radiation and freezing temperatures.

But there is one thing it cannot protect us from:
the dangers we create ourselves from the INSIDE.

Exploitation
Pollution
Disrespect
Arrogance
Overconfidence
Hatred and envy

We only get to walk this planet for a tiny moment on the cosmic timeline.

This world is BORROWED -
but we treat it as if we OWN it.

We like to say we want to make the world a better place.

But when I look at what’s happening around us,
it often feels like we’re moving in the opposite direction.

If each of us showed just a little more care -
for our planet and for one another -
it wouldn’t fix everything.

But it would be a start. And every start matters.
Even though we’re all walking here… on borrowed time.
