Amazon Jungle Discord Challenge Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/d4fade2d-bbfc-4d8f-aee4-e401873b9a74 ======= Got accepted to an internship with a famous archeologist. Headed out on a jungle trip, fun in the sun. Looking for the remnants of an ancient civilization. Lost, forgotten, wrapped in vines, covered by the canopy from prying eyes. Only clues from an old book of some dead white guy. Should be like those movies, hopefully with less snakes. Took a small plane to the middle of nowhere. No cell reception, but have a local guide. Vines of various size, some bigger than my wrist Our machetes dull pretty quick Surprisingly dark, branches and leaves obscure the sky. Covered in sweat, socks drenched as we march on through At night we finally reach our destination A clearing doused in heavy fog Crumbling stone walls covered in overgrowth A large structure partially swallowed by the ground With lanterns and flashlights we find the entrance Cobwebs in the face, dust kicked up by boots As we advance down a long corridor Step on a stone block that depresses an inch Time stops Silence so loud you can hear a needle drop Darts flying from holes in the walls Rotting wood explodes outwards as skeletons emerge The living dead! How is any of this even possible? Chased through the corridors, I don’t know where I am. Low bass rumble as the ground shakes A massive stone boulder thuds into the hall Slow at first it quickly picks up speed I flee
