[Verse 1] Dear God, send me out With an open heart Let me see their need Before I speak a word Teach me how to love The ones still far from You Help me carry hope Into every room [Pre-Chorus] Give me boldness, give me grace Give me eyes to stay and listen Let me never hold this light Like it was mine to keep [Chorus] Jesus is the hope of the world Hope of the world, hope of the world Jesus is the hope of the world And I will tell them all Jesus is the hope of the world [Verse 2] I won't waste this gift I won't treat it small Salvation in my hands Is mercy for us all When my voice shakes low Still make it ring with truth When my feet grow tired Lead me back to You [Pre-Chorus] Give me boldness, give me grace Give me wisdom when I speak Let my life say more Than my fear can ever reach [Chorus] Jesus is the hope of the world Hope of the world, hope of the world Jesus is the hope of the world And I will tell them all Jesus is the hope of the world [Bridge] You conquered death for me You opened heaven's door So send me with Your heart To everyone I know Let compassion lead Let my silence break Until the lost can hear And believe in Your name [Final Chorus] Jesus is the hope of the world Hope of the world, hope of the world Jesus is the hope of the world And I will tell them all Jesus is the hope of the world
