Nyt Nordisk Råd [NDC Special week 23]

** Danish infused soul and jazz with traditional ironic distance and humor.. Still a celebration of the NDC 😉🥰** *The original Nordic Council was founded in 1952 in the aftermath of WW2 to engage in and align trade, international politics and somewhat defense. It was based to some extend in a collective cultural heritage and the believed strength in controlling the entrance from the North Sea to the Baltic Sea. The Nordic Council tried to be the nordic equivalent to the European Council (later European Economic Union). The original nations were Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Iceland. Later on Finland, Åland and Greenland joined. The Nordic Council still exists and consists of 87 politicians in total from the countries. They have no say but can advise the parliaments of each respective nation. They also have the ability to form parties with members from no less than two countries... But enough of that..
