The Book of Mahnti
[NARRATOR – SPOKEN VOICE ONLY] [DO NOT SING] Today we come to one of the most inspiring books in the Nemenhah Sacred Records... The Book of Mahnti. Mahnti was the youngest son of Ohuhgohuh. He was privileged to witness the ministry of the Peacemaker with his own eyes, and after his father's passing he received one of the greatest stewardships a man could receive. He became the keeper of the sacred records. Mahnti understood that civilizations rise and fall, but truth must endure. He enlarged the libraries, strengthened the caverns where the records were preserved, and devoted his life to protecting the history and testimony of his people for generations yet unborn. Under his care, Mayntinah became more than a beautiful city. It became a center of learning. A place where truth was treasured. A place where the records of prophets were carefully preserved. Mahnti also tells of faithful servants who carried the message of the Peacemaker to distant lands. He reminds us that the gospel was never intended for one nation alone. God's invitation reaches every people willing to seek Him. But Mahnti also looked far beyond his own generation. He saw the dangers of pride. He warned against Babylon. He pleaded with future readers to remain faithful when the world chose another path. Then, at the close of his record, he gave one of the greatest invitations found anywhere in the Nemenhah Sacred Records. Do not believe simply because someone else has spoken. Do not trust only the wisdom of men. Seek the witness of the Haymehnay. Come with a sincere heart. Exercise faith in the Peacemaker. Ask God. And allow His Spirit to reveal the truth to you. That invitation is just as powerful today as it was when Mahnti first wrote these words. Study the records. Search the scriptures. Walk the Way. And let Jesus Christ become your Teacher. [MUSIC GENTLY BUILDS] [BEGIN SINGING] Guide our hearts... Light our way... Keep us true... Day by day... Through Thy truth... We shall see... Christ forever... Leading me. [END]
