Trample Me Twice

Now hear my tale, new friends of mine, Of a town that lived on fish all nine. We broke the curse of that fishy loop, With venison stacked on the Butcher's stoop! Then came the beast from canvas and chain, A Saurian loud, and roaring in pain! By the time we arrived, one house was gone, Seeing that, I didn't wait long! With light on my shield, I drew the beast away, Which might have been a mistake, some say, It charged straight through a mighty tree! And absolutely trampled me... Trample me twice! Trample me twice, I hit the ground! Trample me twice, I did not stay down! Trample me twice! Trample me twice, then hear me say, We saved the town, and lived this day! The triceratops thundered where it pleased, The damn thing charged again, brought me to my knees! Our Dragonborn Druid spoke for the trees, Healed our wounds, got us back on our feet! Mister Po Po was nearly gored! At least we weren't bored! Our Halfling Wizard chanted, sparks began to fly, The Dinosaur was flanked, from either side! Her shocking hands caught horn and hide, And the beast didn't die! Trample me twice! Trample me twice, I hit the ground! Trample me twice, I did not stay down! Trample me twice! Trample me twice, then hear me say, We saved the town, and lived this daaay! With the town safe, to our home we head, For a hearty dinner of delicious bread! Trample me twice! Trample me twice, I hit the ground! Trample me twice, I did not stay down! Trample me twice! Trample me twice, and sing it loud, We saved the beast, and filled your stores up! Trampled me twice, now raise up your cup! For heroes...always get back up! Trample me twice! Trample me twice!
