A KINGDOM THAT CANNOT BE SHAKEN Hebrews 12 | Cuban Havana Son [Intro] (Deep male lead, spoken with reverence) So many witnesses have run before us, Now the race is ours to run. Eyes on Yahushua, the Author and Finisher, Until the victory is won! [Verse 1] Lay every weight down, let every sin go, Run with endurance on the road we know. Look to Yahushua, who endured the tree, He faced the shame for the joy he'd see. Now at the right hand of Elohim's throne, He endured the hatred and stood alone. Remember His suffering when your strength grows thin, Don't lose heart when the trials begin. [Pre-Chorus] You have not yet resisted unto blood, Keep standing firm, keep walking in truth. When the Father's correction comes your way, Don't despise His hand, don't turn away! [Chorus] Run, run, run the race! Keep your eyes on Yahushua's face! Stand, stand, stand in the light! Hold to the truth with all your might! Yahuah is faithful, His Kingdom will stand, Unshaken forever, by His mighty hand! Give thanks with reverence, let His praises ring, Our Elohim is a consuming fire, our King! [Verse 2] The one He loves, He will correct, He trains His children in righteousness. If you endure, you're a son, not cast aside, His discipline teaches you how to walk upright. No correction feels joyful when it arrives, It brings sorrow while the lesson survives. But afterward, those trained by its hand Bear peaceful fruit and in righteousness stand. So strengthen the hands that are hanging down, Lift up your knees, don't stay on the ground. Make straight paths for the feet that are weak, Pursue peace and holiness, the life that we seek. [Verse 3] Watch that no one falls short of grace, Let no bitter root take over the place. One bitter root can trouble the whole, Defiling the heart and corrupting the soul. Don't live in rebellion, don't trade what is true, For a moment of pleasure that destroys you. Remember Esau, who sold his right, His birthright was traded for one meal that night. Later he sought the blessing with tears, But the lost decision remained through the years. So guard what is holy, don't barter your call, For a passing desire that could cost you all. [Bridge 1] You have not come to the mountain of flame, To darkness and storm and a trumpet's strain. The voice was so fearful, the people drew back, Even Moses trembled beneath that attack. They begged that the voice would speak no more, The holy mountain made them fear the Lord. But now lift your eyes, see the city above, The living Elohim and His Kingdom of love! [Verse 4] Mount Zion, the heavenly Jerusalem, Thousands of angels gather around Him. The assembly of firstborn, their names written high, The Judge of all, the righteous made right. The spirits of righteous ones brought to completion, Yahushua, Mediator of the new-covenant mission. His sprinkled blood speaks a better word, Than Abel's blood crying out to the Lord. [Build] So do not refuse the One who speaks, Don't turn from the voice your salvation seeks. If those who rejected the warning below Could not escape judgment, how much less those Who turn from the voice that speaks from above? Hear His warning, walk in His truth and love! [Final Chorus] Run, run, run the race! Keep your eyes on Yahushua's face! Stand, stand, stand in the light! Hold to the truth with all your might! The earth once trembled at His voice, Now heaven and earth will hear His choice. All that can be shaken will pass away, But what cannot be shaken will remain! [Outro] (Deep bass voices, growing into a mighty male chorus) We are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken! Give thanks to Yahuah, let His name be exalted! Serve Him with reverence, serve Him with awe, Our Elohim is a consuming fire! A Kingdom that cannot be shaken! A Kingdom that cannot be shaken! (Percussion and bass resolve, final voices together) YAHUAH REIGNS!
