Yo... you ever wake up and wonder what the hell you’re actually doin’ here? Same ceiling. Same heartbeat. Different day. --- I ask myself, “Yo, where you headed?” Truth is, man, I ain’t got a clue. Been collectin’ days like loose change, spendin’ half of ’em just gettin’ through. Everybody says, “Keep moving,” like they know where this road ends. We grow up, get scars, pay bills, lose lovers, make a couple friends. And I’m like— --- Who told me there’s a right way? Who drew that damn straight line? Why’m I always chasing someday while today keeps passing by? Do I know me? Hell... I don’t know. --- **Am I living, or just killing time?** Running red lights in my own damn mind. If there’s a meaning, did I miss the sign? Wrong frequency... wrong place... right life? Am I broken, or just changing shape? Do we find ourselves or just escape? Maybe nobody knows — and that’s alright. Maybe asking is the point of life. --- I used to think by now I’d have it— little map inside my head. Turns out grown folks fake directions, smile and wing that shit instead. Some nights I feel ten years younger, some mornings twice my age. Funny how we call it freedom then build ourselves another cage. So tell me— --- If I lose what I was chasing, was it ever really mine? If I stop trying to be somebody... who the hell am I? No big answer. Just another night. And maybe... that’s enough. --- **[FINAL DROP — 2:20–2:48]** **Am I living, or just killing time?** Still got static running through my mind. Maybe meaning ain’t a thing you find— maybe we make it up along the ride. I ain’t fixed, and I ain’t done. Still got questions, still got lungs. If tomorrow comes, I’ll ask again: **“Yo... you good?”** *[response whispered, almost smiling]* “Dunno, man... but I’m still here.” --- Still here... still asking. Still tuning the dial.
