Whispers of the Chosen

[Intro ] [Verse 1 ] There once was a land in a valley far away The Valedryn kingdom was its name The legend has it, la-di-da-di-da No one dared to stand against its fame Oh, it was a realm of the most vibrant life Such nature nowhere else to see Mystic animals, la-di-da-di-da Living among it in harmony [Chorus] Watch and listen, stars are speaking Knowledge of cosmic might Our hero will be woken soon To banish that twisted blight [Verse 2] Then one day came a man with pretty tainted goals Man of shadow, cloaked in sickened grace He spread his plague, la-di-da-di-da And turned all the blooms to pale disgrace The rivers cried beneath his poison profound The skies grew dim and homes grew cold Stepping to power, la-di-da-di-da The Lord of Plague took grim control [Chorus] Watch and listen, stars are speaking Knowledge of cosmic might Our hero will be woken soon To banish that twisted blight All of you folk just wait and see For he will be of purest soul These are the whispers of the chosen Who'll return what the darkness stole [Bridge] Just kneel and pray to shining stars Trust in their judgement eternal And sing this legend, la-di-da-di-da So all comes back to normal [Chorus] Watch and listen, stars are speaking Knowledge of cosmic might Our hero will be woken soon To banish that twisted blight All of you folk just wait and see For he will be of purest soul These are the whispers of the chosen Who'll return what the darkness stole [Chorus] Watch and listen, stars are speaking Knowledge of cosmic might Our hero will be woken soon To banish that twisted blight All of you folk just wait and see For he will be of purest soul These are the whispers of the chosen Who'll return what the darkness stole [End]
