Psalm 47 (Text to Poetry)

Clap your hands, all nations, sing; Shout to God, the almighty king. For the Lord Most High is great, Over all the earth He reigns in state. He subdued the nations below, All peoples before him bow low. He chose our heritage with love, The pride of Jacob, from above. God ascends with joyful cries, Trumpets sound, He takes the skies. Sing praises to God, sing His name, Sing praise to our King. Proclaim: God is King over all the earth; Sing psalms of praise, proclaim His worth. God reigns above over every land, His holy throne forever stands. The nobles of the nations meet, Abraham's people at His feet. The kings of earth belong to God; Exalted high, He rules with awe.
