12a - “THE ROCK THAT WILL NOT FALL” — Inspired by Matthew 7
VERSE 1 — Ask, Seek, Knock In the quiet of the morning In the quiet of the morning, when the heart is worn and weak, Jesus whispers to the weary, “Come and ask, and you will seek. Knock upon the door of mercy, let your trembling fear be still— For your Father hears you calling, and He moves to meet your will.” CHORUS — The God Who Answers Ask and you will find Him, Seek and He draws near. Knock and He will open Every door of fear. For the Father loves His children, Gives them more than they deserve— Every prayer that rises upward Meets a heart that longs to serve. VERSE 2 — The Narrow Way There’s a road that’s wide and easy, where the crowds move like a tide, But its laughter turns to shadows and its promise quickly dies. Yet a narrow path is calling, where the faithful choose to stand— And the footsteps of the Savior mark the way through every land. VERSE 3 — The Fruit of the Heart Every tree is known by fruit, every life by what it bears, Not by words or empty gestures, but by love that truly cares. Guard your heart from hidden wolves who wear the garments of the sheep— For the truth will show its colors in the harvest that you reap. BRIDGE — Lord, Lord… “Lord, Lord,” some voices thunder, “Did we not proclaim Your name?” But He answers with a sorrow: “I never knew your flame.” For the ones who truly love Him Are the ones who hear His call— And their lives become the echo Of His mercy over all. FINAL CHORUS — The Rock That Will Not Fall Ask and you will find Him, Seek and He draws near. Knock and He will open Every door of fear. Build your life on Jesus, Hear His words and stand up tall— For the storms may shake the heavens, But the Rock will never fall. TAG The Rock will never fall… The Rock will never fall.
