[Verse] On the corner of a dirt road Off a highway in the country The parking lot's packed every Sunday The congregation all knows everybody by name In that little ol' country church [Chorus] Miss Judy's gonna greet you at the door With a hug and a smile Says "Come on in" Brother Terry in the back row's gonna say "Jesus is coming soon Amen" Brother Mike's gonna lead you in a hymn And Sister Darla's gonna play the keys Pastor Sam's gonna lead us in prayer And preach the word in that little ol' country church [Verse] There's a long line of sinners looking for salvation At the end of service Waiting to pray with Pastor Sam The spirit is working You can see it on their faces In that little ol' country church [Chorus] Miss Judy's gonna greet you at the door With a hug and a smile Says "Come on in" Brother Terry in the back row's gonna say "Jesus is coming soon Amen" Brother Mike's gonna lead you in a hymn And Sister Darla's gonna play the keys Pastor Sam's gonna lead us in prayer And preach the word in that little ol' country church [Bridge] Yeah The doors are always open Jesus is always working And we're all family in that little ol' country church [Chorus] Miss Judy's gonna greet you at the door With a hug and a smile Says "Come on in" Brother Terry in the back row's gonna say "Jesus is coming soon Amen" Brother Mike's gonna lead you in a hymn And Sister Darla's gonna play the keys Pastor Sam's gonna lead us in prayer And preach the word in that little ol' country church In that little ol' country church In that little ol' country church
