Intro: low vocoder, airlock hiss]
Indawo yokudansa yekoloni laseMars...
Rule number ten... less is more...
[Verse 1: Zulu chant over rubbery bass]
Izingxenye ezimbalwa ezingaphuka
Izinsiza ezimbalwa ezingamoshwa
Izinqubo ezimbalwa ezingadingekile
Ukuthembeka okwengeziwe
Fewer parts to break
Fewer watts to waste
Fewer steps in the system
More trust in the base
[Pre-Chorus: handclaps, synth stabs]
Not more, more, more
Just enough through the door
Clean flow, low drag
No surplus to brag
[Chorus: big funky hook]
Okuncane kungcono kakhulu
Less is more on the Mars dancefloor
Indawo yokudansa yekoloni laser show on Mars.More trust in the base on the Mars colony dancefloor
Build it lean, make it endure
Okuncane kungcono kakhulu
Less is more on the Mars dancefloor
Not the most, but the least wasted
That’s what the future’s for
[Bridge: spoken engineer-poet]
Ukuphelela kufinyelelwa
hhayi lapho kungasekho okunye okungangezwa
kodwa lapho kungasekho lutho
olusele olungasuswa
Perfection isn’t more to add
It’s nothing left to take away
More trust in the base
Indigenous Martians Sacred Way

hhayi okweqile
Impucuko enamandla kakhulu
ayikhiqizi kakhulu
It wastes the least
It keeps the peace
It feeds the room
It shares the heat
[Final Chorus: layered chant]
Indawo yokudansa yekoloni laseMars
Okuncane kungcono kakhulu
Stability, resilience
Enough for all of us
Indawo yokudansa yekoloni laseMars
