It is one of few places where you can be at one with the glorious wild animals which inhabit the country in their natural habitat, and is considered to be a biodiverity hotspot There are 147 Mammal species, 517+ bird soecies, 120+ Reptile species, 35+ Amphibian species, 50+ Fish Species and thousands of Insect species. The park covers an area of almost 20,000kms (7,500 miles), roughly the size of Wales and includes Savannah grasslands Woodland, Riverine forests and rocky outcrops.
