BOUGHT FOR THE RIGHT PRICE by Joshua Mossman

Yeah… Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The God of all comfort, who meets us right where we are. (Verse 1) Praise be to the Father, He’s the giver of life I was bought at the highest cost when Jesus gave His life You are the God of all comfort in the midst of the pain When the trouble gets heavy, You remain the same Just as the sufferings of Christ overflow in our soul Through Him, our comfort overflows to make us whole In the distress, when life is a mess Because of Your grace, I am truly blessed Comforted by You so I can comfort the rest Building patience and endurance through every test (Chorus) (Full choir harmonies, rich bassline, warm piano) You are the God who raises the dead Delivering us from the path that we dread On Him, we have set our hopes today He continues to deliver, clearing the way (Verse 2) I don’t want you uninformed about the pressure we felt Hardship far beyond the strength we had in ourselves In our hearts, we felt the sentence of death, so clear To teach us not to rely on ourselves, but the One who is near He saved us from peril, and He’ll do it again Holy fire come burn, wash away every sin As you share in the suffering, you’ll share in the grace Many will give thanks as we seek His face (Outro) (Gospel choir fading out over soft piano) Grateful for the prayers of many... Gracious favor granted... God of all comfort. Amen. Written by Joshua Mossman.
