Frau Rosenstahl Rose From The Dead
Frau Rosenstahl Rose From The Dead (Written by Johannes Schneeberg / J. S. Frankenstein) On the night of May 1st in 1973 In the South German town of Oettingheim A man named Wilhelm Schwantzl went to a local cemetery He carried a lantern in one hand And a bottle of Jägermeister in the other A strong wind was blowing and dark clouds covered the sky It was cold and drizzling He sat on a grave Took a swig from the bottle And lit a cigarette The grave belonged to his wife Helga She had been dead for eight years A few years ago His friends were always after him To find himself a new woman But it was all in vain He was still mourning her And no other woman would do A gust of wind blew out the lantern And he swore under his breath Then he thought of Helga and spoke out loud "I know you're gone And I have to move on But I still love you and always will No other woman can replace you Even if you rose from the dead and stood in front of me now I wouldn't believe it" He took another drink and put out his cigarette Suddenly A flash of lightning struck a tree a few feet away And the clap of thunder was deafening He got to his feet and started walking away He was going to leave But as he turned He looked back And saw something that froze him to the spot A pale Translucent Barefoot woman was standing on the grave She wore a white nightgown Her long silver hair was wet from the rain And her black eyes stared right through him Her lips parted And she spoke softly In a hoarse whisper "Schwantzl Don't be a fool I'm standing right in front of you" It was Frau Rosenstahl The ghost of Frau Rosenstahl Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead Frau Rosenstahl rose from the dead [Psychedelic guitar solo] ⚜️⚜️⚜️ © 2026 Johannes Schneeberg
