[0:00–0:08 | INTRO] Look— I ain’t saying don’t use the words. I’m saying… peep who named ’em. ⸻ [0:08–0:36 | VERSE 1] I could read every line, still get played by the meaning. Whole page look clean, whole frame still leaning. They ain’t gotta hide truth if they rename what you see. Same move, new label— now everybody agree. I started checking words like I check who sent the link. ‘Cause a phrase sound normal don’t mean it ain’t shaping how you think. Call debt “opportunity.” Call stress “the grind.” Call somebody “less than” long enough— watch what happen to the mind. Whole time I was fluent. Still ain’t peep the finesse. Had the dictionary open— still ain’t know who wrote the test. ⸻ [0:36–0:54 | HOOK] Watch how they name it. Watch how you see it. Same thing, new frame— now you believe it. Borrowed tongue. Borrowed lens. Thought it was mine— had to check it again. You can know every word… still not know who named it. ⸻ [0:54–1:24 | VERSE 2] Me and bro talking unity, he said, “Folks gotta lock in.” I said, “Facts— but what made us stop seeing kin as kin?” Language carry memory. Cadence carry home. Take enough pieces from the root, folks can stand together and still feel alone. But this bigger than us. Every culture got frames. Politics flip words. Business rename pain. They sell fear as safety, sell attention as choice. Put a slogan on a cage, now the cage got a voice. Internet got everybody talking, half the room saying the same thing. Algorithm feed you the wording— then you swear that’s your own brain. That’s why I don’t crash out every time somebody say “facts.” I ask: Who benefits if I see it like that? ⸻ [1:24–1:42 | HOOK] Watch how they name it. Watch how you see it. Same thing, new frame— now you believe it. Borrowed tongue. Borrowed lens. Thought it was mine— had to check it again. You can know every word… still not know who named it. ⸻ [1:42–1:58 | BRIDGE] I ain’t scared of language. I’m scared of never checking it. Words supposed to carry thought— not put a fence around it. So before I call it truth, I strip the packaging away. Sometimes getting your mind back starts with asking— “Who taught me to say it that way?” ⸻ [1:58–2:20 | FINAL HOOK] Watch how they name it. Watch how you see it. Same thing, new frame— now you believe it. Borrowed tongue. Borrowed lens. Break one frame— whole world look different. You can know every word… and still get finessed by the meaning. So now when they name something— I look twice before I believe it. ⸻ [2:20–2:27 | OUTRO] Read the word. Check the frame. Check the meaning. Then… think for yourself.
