Hidden deep in a Dark Cloud Nebula. At first the crew believes the sensors are malfunctioning. The planet displays every characteristic of an extremely rare Gaia-class world: stable climate systems, vast oceans, enormous forests, thriving ecosystems and an almost perfect environmental balance. Such worlds are considered extraordinarily uncommon even within the explored regions of Orion. Yet the deeper the scans become, the stranger the discovery feels. The world appears untouched by war, industry or large-scale exploitation. Massive forests stretch across entire continents. Rivers glow beneath immense canopies. Mountain ranges rise above seas of mist. Life flourishes everywhere. For Darek and Aurelya, the experience becomes deeply personal. Standing together and looking upon the planet, both struggle to describe what they feel. The world seems less like a place and more like a memory of something lost. A reminder that beauty can still exist in a galaxy often defined by conflict, survival and history. Neither of them believes in magic. Yet for a brief moment, the planet feels magical. The longer they observe it, the more unreal it seems. Almost as if the world exists somewhere between reality and dream. Neither Darek nor Aurelya can explain why the sight affects them so strongly. Neither of them notices the change at first. As they wander through the forests, across crystal-clear rivers and beneath towering ancient trees, the emotional impact of the world begins to affect them in unexpected ways. Gradually, and entirely without conscious intent, both begin shifting into their human forms. For Antaranans, such involuntary transformations are rare and usually triggered only by powerful emotional experiences. Neither Darek nor Aurelya realizes it is happening until much later. In a place that seems almost beyond imagination, they simply allow themselves to experience wonder. For a brief time, the barriers they normally maintain quietly fade away. The song Eternity is born from that feeling. Not from romance. Not from loss. But from the rare experience of standing before something so beautiful that it seems impossible to measure with words, science or reason. For a moment, time itself feels distant. And all that remains is wonder. Unknown to the crew, the Myx had not revealed the coordinates by accident. For reasons they never fully explained, they believed the world might one day become important to the descendants of Antares, Nareh and the Vel'Antara. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Intro] [distorted electric guitar riff, synth pads, driving drums] [Spoken Dialogue] [Darek - low voice, stunned by what he sees] "For a moment I thought the sensors were wrong." [Aurelya - calm, quietly amazed] "So did I." [Darek - reflective, almost whispering] "It feels like something from a story." [Aurelya - soft smile in her voice] "Then perhaps some stories begin somewhere." [Darek - barely above a whisper] "Beautiful..." [Aurelya - warm, heartfelt] "Yes." [Verse 1] Drifting slow through vacant air, silent currents everywhere. Fading lights we almost knew, a world appearing into view. [Pre-Chorus] Time is bending where I stand, nothing here was ever planned. Through the clouds, a distant shine, calling us beyond the line. [Chorus] Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Endless tides are still in motion, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… past the hills and emerald oceans. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Every moment pulling me, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… falling into Eternity. [Verse 2] Weightless thoughts in open skies, endless forests, distant heights. Written paths we never crossed, wonder found where maps were lost. [Pre-Chorus] I can hear you through the air, standing silent, standing there. In this moment, clear and slow, more than either of us knows. [Chorus] Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Endless tides are still in motion, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… past the hills and emerald oceans. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Every moment pulling me, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… falling into Eternity. [Bridge] No horizon left to chase, only time and open space. In this quiet, in this sound, something rare has now been found. Not alone, not drifting free, every step is leading me. [Final Chorus] Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Endless tides are still in motion, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… past the hills and emerald oceans. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Every moment pulling me, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… falling into Eternity. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Waves collide, yet we hold on, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… through the night until the dawn. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… Every step is drawing me, Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah… into Eternity. [Outro] Eternity… I am here… [Spoken Words] If this place is truly real, why does it feel beyond belief? Some worlds stay within your mind, long after you've left them behind.
