[Intro — spoken over bass groove] Right file? Check. Right person? Let’s check that too. [Verse 1] Got a big file, gotta get it through, Someone’s waiting, got a job to do. My personal email’s right over there, But is that an approved way to share? That shiny new app looks easy to use, Doesn’t mean it’s ours to choose. I’ll use the work tools we’ve approved, And check the file before it’s moved. [Chorus — catchy, layered backing vocals] Keep work in the right place, Right file, right people, right place. Check the name and check the link, Before you send, take time to think. Only share what they need to see, Keep the rest where it’s meant to be. One quick check, then set the pace— Keep work in the right place! [Verse 2] Typed in “Sam,” got a name on screen, But which Sam Jones did I really mean? Check the address, not just the name, Two different people aren’t the same. And when I make a sharing link, Who can open it? Stop and think. Can they view, or can they change? Check that access and its range. [Bridge — music softens] If I’m unsure, I’ll ask IT, Which way works for what they need? And if a file went somewhere wrong, I’ll speak up fast, won’t wait too long. [Spoken Break — playful] “Did you send it to Sam?” “Yes.” “Our Sam?” “…That is an excellent question.” [Final Chorus — full groove, backing vocals] Keep work in the right place, Right file, right people, right place. Check the name and check the link, Before you send, take time to think. Only share what they need to see, Keep the rest where it’s meant to be. One quick check, then set the pace— Keep work in the right place! [Outro — rhythmic backing vocals] Right file! Right people! Right place! [Spoken — final musical stop] And the right Sam.
