[Chorus] I is for Iodine, the thyroid’s key! Caught in the seaweed and the seafood from the sea! Dairy and the eggs and the iodized salt Without the master key, the engine comes to a halt! [Verse 2] It builds up the T3, builds up the T4 Pacing out the growth and opening the door The brain needs the fuel, the cells need the fire Iodine is lifting the metabolism higher! [Outro] (Shouted) Check the Mineral Series! Songs That Supplement... riding the wave! (Final guitar crash and drum hit)
