[Intro – whispered] This ain’t no flex. This the part after. When the adrenaline gone… and the room get quiet. [Verse 1] That night still smell like wet asphalt and fear, hoodie soaked heavy, heart beating in my ears. We ain’t have a plan, just a problem and a pistol, broke boys moving like the whole world against you. I won’t say details, won’t teach no damn crime, just know one bad choice can fracture your time. A door got opened that should’ve stayed closed, and everybody left with a different kind of ghost. I used to think a lick was a shortcut out the struggle, till I saw trauma double, till I saw mothers crumble. Till I saw a grown man shake with his hands in the air, and realized my hunger put my hell over there. Fuck pride, that memory still bite me, I see his eyes sometimes when the night get icy. Money got spent, guilt stayed around, some tears don’t make noise, they just drown. [Hook] Robbery tears fall harder than rain, you can steal a little cash, but you inherit that pain. You can run from the block, you can hide from the law, but you can’t hide from what your own eyes saw. Robbery tears, yeah, they burn real slow, deep in the dark where the bad thoughts go. I was young, I was dumb, I was broke, I was scared, now I pray for the people who was hurt when I was there. [Verse 2] The streets don’t show the second half of the scene, they just show ski masks, not the nightmares between. They don’t show you waking up sweating through sheets, or your mama asking why you don’t sleep. They don’t show you watching every car pass slow, or jumping when somebody knock hard at the door. They don’t show your homie turning witness from fear, or how loyalty vanish when the sentence get near. We was children in bodies with grown-man weapons, no therapy, no guidance, just rage and depression. Every “I’m good” was a lie with rhythm, every “fuck the world” was a cry for wisdom. I wish I could rewind certain nights in my past, trade dirty fast money for a clean slow path. But I can’t go back, so I bleed on the track, hoping one youngin hears this and never chooses that. [Bridge] Don’t call it brave when it came from fear. Don’t call it power when it cost you years. Don’t call it manhood when your soul disappears. I still taste smoke in my tears. [Final Hook] Robbery tears fall harder than rain, you can steal a little cash, but you inherit that pain. [Outro] Yeah… That guilt got bass too. You hear me? That guilt ride with you.
