[Verse 1] Open the first page Dust on the name Matthew writes a doorway Calling us by grace A tax man, a witness Counting what he knew Then he saw the King of heaven Walking straight to you [Pre-Chorus] Blessed in the broken Hungry hearts are fed Mercy on the mountain Burning words He said Close the old ledger Let the new life start Heaven bends low And it lands in the heart [Chorus] Kingdom come Your will be done On earth like heaven Kingdom come Kingdom come You are the Son We follow Jesus Kingdom come [Verse 2] Salt in the shadow Light on the hill You said love your enemy And trust the Father still Don’t wear faith like a costume Don’t pray for a show The Father sees in secret And He already knows [Pre-Chorus] Store no treasure Where the moth can win Set your eyes on heaven Let the healing in Seek first the holy Seek first the King All these things will follow When we give You everything [Chorus] Kingdom come Your will be done On earth like heaven Kingdom come Kingdom come You are the Son We follow Jesus Kingdom come [Verse 3] Storm on the water Fear in the boat You spoke one word and suddenly Hope learned how to float Peter stepped trembling Then he sank below But Your hand was faster Than the undertow [Bridge] You asked, who do you say I am? Lord of the wind and the sea Son of the living God That is the name over me At the cross You stayed At the grave You won All authority In heaven and earth is Yours, Son [Breakdown] Go and make disciples Teach what You taught I am with you always Every mile, every thought [Final Chorus] Kingdom come Your will be done On earth like heaven Kingdom come Kingdom come You are the Son We follow Jesus Kingdom come Kingdom come Your name is enough To shake the nations Kingdom come We lift You up We lift You up Till every heart confesses Kingdom come
