Only You Are Worthy

hip hop, rap, two vocals singing and speaking, female vocal, deep soul

You took on flesh and walked among us,
You bore sorrow, shame, and pain,
You were pierced for our transgression,
You were crushed and rose again.
What kind of love would choose the crossbeam?
What kind of King would wear our blame?
Only Jesus, Lamb of Heaven,
there is power in Your name.

So take my praise,
take all of me,
let every breath
be offering.

Only You are worthy,
only You are Lord,
only You are holy,
only You adored.
Let the nations praise You,
let creation sing,
for the Lamb has conquered,
Jesus Christ the King.

No one else could break the darkness,
no one else could bear the weight,
no one else could stand victorious
over sin and death and grave.
Still You reign in love and justice,
still You call the lost by name,
still Your blood is speaking mercy,
still Your heart is just the same.

And one day every tribe and language,
every nation, every shore,
will confess You as the Savior,
and will bow forevermore.
Till that day I’ll keep on singing,
with the saints and hosts above,
that the throne belongs to Jesus
and the crown belongs to love.

So take my praise,
take all of me,
let every breath
be offering.

Only You are worthy,
only You are Lord,
only You are holy,
only You adored.
Let the nations praise You,
let creation sing,
for the Lamb has conquered,
Jesus Christ the King.

Worthy is the Lamb,
worthy is the Lamb,
slain and risen, now exalted.
Worthy is the Lamb,
worthy is the Lamb,
all dominion to the Son.
Worthy is the Lamb,
worthy is the Lamb,
all the heavens shout Your glory.
Worthy is the Lamb,
worthy is the Lamb,
King forever on the throne.

Only You are worthy,
only You are Lord,
only You are holy,
only You adored.
Let the nations praise You,
let creation sing,
for the Lamb has conquered,
Jesus Christ the King.

Only You…
Only You are worthy.
