Thank You Lord For this day You have made I won’t waste it away I will walk in Your grace Joyful and glad as I seek Your face With every breath Every step I take Let my heart remember I approach this day with gratitude For Your endless love for me Let me feel Your presence in everything I do Let my life shine out so bright So the hurting ones can see Christ in me Christ in me Many hearts They are breaking So much pain So much waiting Let me be By Your mercy A gift of hope they never saw coming Give me wisdom Gentle words to say Guide my hands in kindness I approach this day with gratitude For Your endless love for me Let me feel Your presence in everything I do Let my life shine out so bright So the hurting ones can see Christ in me Christ in me Make me slower to speak Quicker to listen (oh Lord) Fill my patience Fill my soul Let Your gentleness move through my actions Let Your perfect love take control I approach this day with gratitude For Your endless love for me Let me feel Your presence in everything I do Let my life shine out so bright So the weary ones can see Christ in me Christ in me today Christ in me Christ in me today
