(Let's go!) [Verse 1] We start the night outside by side 50-50 fair and square But somewhere around 2:00 AM I wake up freezing and you're... Where? (Where'd he go?) Rolled up like a cinnamon swirl Cozy as can be You got the quilt, you got the sheet And what'd you leave for me? (What'd she get?) The decorative pillow [Chorus] Oh, the blanket thief Sleeping like a baby while I freeze The blanket thief Wrapped like a burrito if you please You say you don't remember honey Isn't that convenient? I'm basically a popsicle But sure you say you're innocent [Verse 2] I bought a second comforter King-sized extra fluff I thought now we'll each have one That was not enough (Not enough) Somehow in the night you grabbed them both Left me with the breeze I'm over here with goosebumps And you're building blanket pyramids (Pyramids) [Chorus] Oh, the blanket thief Commits these crimes without a sound The blanket thief Most adorable crook I've found Those sleepy eyes, that little pout When I tug it back at night Oh did I disturb the cocoon? (Aaahhh) Sweet dreams honey, I'll thaw out by noon [Bridge] And I could sleep somewhere else Got a couch, a guest room too But shivering here beside you Beats being warm without you [Outro] So take the corner, take the sheets I'll take the cold spot on your left You steal the covers every night But baby you're my favorite theft So steal away my darling thief Go on and take it all I'll be cold until I die But I'm yours until the fall I am buying an electric blanket though With my own control (Control) Non-negotiable!
