Soul Shepherd (Psalm 23)

[Verse 1] Woe to the hands that scatter the sheep Broken pastures where the lost ones weep But I will gather every wandering soul Feed them with love till they’re whole [Chorus] The Lord is my shepherd My soul’s delight Leads me through shadows Into the light He carries the weak Gives the weary flight Soul shepherd Soul shepherd Hold me tight [Verse 2] I hear His voice The call so clear A shepherd who knows when His lambs draw near Leaves the ninety-nine for the one astray Brings them home Wipes their fear away [Chorus] The Lord is my shepherd My soul’s delight Leads me through shadows Into the light He carries the weak Gives the weary flight Soul shepherd Soul shepherd Hold me tight [Bridge] The Lamb will guide where the waters flow Tears are gone No more sorrow to know The spring of life His love overflows Soul shepherd Oh soul shepherd [Chorus] The Lord is my shepherd My soul’s delight Leads me through shadows Into the light He carries the weak Gives the weary flight Soul shepherd Soul shepherd Hold me tight
