[Intro] [instrumental intro] [Verse 1] Misunderstood Always misunderstood Confused Crucified Even when I want to make people laugh What do you have against me? What have I done that was so bad? To be banned Reported Accused of insensitivity? [Chorus] It's always the same Always the same The people They just never learn They never listen [Verse 2] I could write the most incredible lyrics The most incredible songs And they would still not understand You could hand them all the answers But they will still be confused But don't get upset They're just people And people are very easily confused And I can't even say that it's their fault Because people are taught to be that way [Chorus] But if you're a creative like me Then I bet you understand I bet you understand It's always the same Always the same The people They just never learn They never listen It's always the same ( Always the same ) The people ( They just never learn ) ( They never listen )
