Twelve is the number of constellations in the zodiac, so today I bring you a song that reflects the night sky. [CRESCENTIA] is one of the most atmospheric tracks I've created thus far, and another one that mostly stays grounded in its genre. My ultimate goal is to build a library of music where anyone can find at least one song that they resonate with, so I hope this addition can contribute to that. I've also found this and my previous release, [MONAD], to have surprisingly smooth loops, so I hope that is able to encourage some repeat listens. If not, I will simply have them on loop myself.

The feeling [CRESCENTIA] seeks to simulate is that of sinking down, deep down into a dream. As such, allow me to tell a bedtime story to you.
Arriving at a city shrouded in night, the crescent moon reflected upon a glassy lake, you find it to be the picture of paradise, a peaceful haven where all enjoy lives of tranquility. 
The lady of the high tower invites you to rest for a night... yet dare you accept such an offer, in a land where the shroud of night never seems to lift? A palpable dissonance lingers in the air, yet the beauty of the city and the satisfaction upon the faces of her residents seems undeniably real. Regardless of your doubts, you find yourself drawn in nonetheless, settling into a bed and drifting off unto the sea of peaceful slumber. 
Yet just as the sea has its turbulent waves, so too do dreams have their twisted shadows that warp their peaceful image. Thoughts come flooding in: What if this was all a trap? What if none of it was real? What if you are never able to leave again... never able to wake up? 
Your heart pounds thunderously in your chest, your breaths coming out short and shallow, yet the dream seems to continue all the same. A heavy, numbing haze hangs over you without cease, offering no recourse, no route of escape. As your mind begins to level out, you slowly realize... This is merely a dream. Nothing can truly go wrong, and nothing can hurt you. Then comes...
Acceptance.
In such a beautiful dream, why not enjoy it? All is at peace, all are happy. Splendorous sights await as far as the eye can see. You have no enemies, no debts, no responsibilities. You are free to pursue what you enjoy as you see fit. The sun will never rise to wake you: you can forever coninue to rest easy under the moon's kind and watchful gaze.
Thus, you rise from your bed to bask under the stars alongside everyone else.
