(Instrumental introduction – strings swell, timpani roll, brass theme of destiny)

[Recitative I – “The Awakening”]
(Soft piano, solo voice)
In shadows born, I walked the line,
between the tears and the divine,
I heard the cry of broken souls,
the storm within — it took control.

[Aria I – “The Fire Within”]
(Soprano / Tenor soaring melody)
O flame of heart, O boundless sky,
my soul is yearning still to fly!
Through pain, through doubt, through endless years,
I chase the dream that conquered fears.

Let thunder kiss the trembling night,
let fire bloom, let darkness light!
I live, I bleed, I love, I fall —
but rise again — beyond it all!

(Choir echoes softly: “Beyond it all… beyond it all…”)

[Recitative II – “The Temptation and the War”]
(Baritone, dramatic rhythm, lower strings)
The world cries war — the fools obey,
they march for gold, and fade away.
Yet still within, a fragile call,
for peace, for love, for life for all.

(Orchestra swells, storm motif returns)

[Duet – “Hearts Unbound”]
(Tenor & Soprano intertwined)
Tenor: I am the fire that won’t be tamed,
Soprano: I am the wind, untamed, unnamed,
Together:
We burn, we break, we cross the line,
two souls collide — divine, divine!

(Choir joins – massive crescendo)
Choir:
Hearts unbound, through night they soar,
seeking peace forevermore!
O freedom’s cry, O tempest’s song,
we are the wild — where we belong!

(Solo Soprano, fragile strings, harp)
All that we lost, still lives in dreams,
a river of silence, a sky of screams.
Yet from despair, the dawn is born,
from ashes — love adorns the morn.

(Cello solo; audience breath held)

[Finale – “Rise, Humanity”]
(Full orchestra and choir, thunderous and bright)
Rise, humanity, rise again!
Break the chains, remember when
we loved before the wars began,
and saw the light in every man!

Let the heavens roar in harmony,
let the heart proclaim its symphony,
for in the flame of what we feel,
the truth of life is made — real!

(Choir & orchestra explode in final chord)
Choir:
Wild and free! Hearts unbound!
From dust to stars — eternal sound!
(Last note sustained)
