[Story/lyrics expanded] Two buskers play on opposite corners of the same city square. They see each other every day, but they’re wary of each other because they’re both so different. She’s fiery and cheerful, and only sings happy songs. He keeps to himself and only sings sad songs. They seem to have no common ground at all. And yet, when she gets her heart broken badly, he’s the only one who knows how to heal it. He consoles her by offering her quiet words of reassurance - and knows she’s brave enough to face the truth about love: It is beauty. But it’s also pain. She’s never known heartbreak before, and he’s never known happiness before. They realize that they’re both brave, and that they both feel life deeply. Just in different ways. Love surprises both of them - but between her sparky courage and his dark wisdom, they’re willing to take the risk. [Additional notes] * Each character represents one element of love.
