Candy Colered Promise

Pink lights shining in our eyes Running wild through neon nights Side by side till morning comes Laughing loud, forever young Black boots stomping through the rain Turning all our scars to paint Every heartbeat feels alive When you’re standing by my side Late night dreams and city glow You’re the one who always knows How to pull me from the dark Like a firework in my heart Hands up high into the sky Promise we will never hide No more fear and no goodbyes You and me until we die Candy colored promise Burning bright inside us Through the noise and broken nights You still make my world shine bright Best friends till the end We won’t ever bend Through the chaos we stay strong Together where we belong Chains and glitter, hearts collide Smiling with our rebel side Sweet but dangerous inside Like two stars that never hide Candy colored promise Nothing could divide us Every memory we make Is a bond they cannot break
