The Hunger I asked the moon what hunger was, she gave me silence, thin as a thread. Stars in the dark, born from eclipse, I took it in, I took it in. Darkness opened, began to sing. Darkness opened, began to sing. Now I hear what mirrors keep, I don’t follow, the surface sleeps. No reflection pulling me, no reflection calling me. Darkness opened, began to sing. Darkness opened, began to sing. Time bends slow, rests its wing, visions pass, like breathing. Nothing held, nothing stays, everything moves away. Darkness opened, began to sing. Darkness opened, began to sing. I asked. The silence remained.
