My pulse is trembling...

My heartbeat quivers, pulsing fast, whenever I whisper your name at last… Those few words, your sentence so slight, gave me some information, a spark of light… Feels like I’m walking by the corner of your lips… not just my eyes… – such a daring trip… My imagination sweeps me away, I feel it as a missing piece I can’t betray… On the train, I stare at the seat, where you’re sitting – I speak, discreet, but you just stare, not listening to me, only at my mouth… – then you flinch slightly… You fall, as the car hits a bump, all this pondering maybe has some room… It’s just a part of the long ride… Let’s wait for Arrival, just don’t be late, I confide… First, I feel your laughter… And you’re the chain-link between my wants and my lack… You slice through the void, and the air! Like a secret, fearless of fright, no barrier, no rope, nothing holds tight… That would anchor me down to some isle… Your energy breaks through, So simple, so true… Softly you say, “Don’t just seek with your eyes!” I close mine, and on my shoulder – you touch me… Your disembodied voice calms my soul, you let me stay within, don’t bar me out… I carried you inside me, helpless, This impossible feeling grew within… First, I feel your laughter… And you’re the chain-link between my wants and my lack, You slice through the void, and the air! Like a secret, fearless of fright, no barrier, no rope, nothing holds tight… That would anchor me down to some isle… Your energy breaks through, so simple, so true… Softly you say, “Don’t just seek with your eyes!” I close mine, and on my shoulder, you touch me… Your disembodied voice calms my soul, you let me stay within, don’t bar me out… I carried you inside me, helpless, This impossible feeling grew within… No guilt on this wandering path, You pass through me, through all my thoughts… Like a lightning bolt striking the ground… Free, alluring, and true – yet still profound… My heartbeat quivers, pulsing fast, whenever I whisper your name at last… And those few words, your sentence so slight, gave me some information, a spark of light…
