The I AM Calls (Remastered)

[Verse] In the temple of old where shadows lay The priest would enter to atone and pray Behind the veil the holy light shone But now we stand where they stood alone [Verse 2] With Christ's own blood the Lamb was slain He tore the curtain broke the chain No longer bound by rituals past A path was made eternal and vast [Chorus] He came just once to set us free No yearly rites no mystery The I AM calls and we draw near Through him the way is crystal clear [Verse 3] No more the need for earthly plea The veil was torn for you and me A throne of grace where love abides In his presence we now reside [Bridge] The shadows faded truth remains A sacrifice that breaks our chains The holy place is open wide The Father waits with arms stretched high [Chorus] He came just once to set us free No yearly rites no mystery The I AM calls and we draw near Through him the way is crystal clear
