Midnight — no moon Empty — dark room Floor cracks — slow sound Cold air — all around Red eyes — glass stare Long hair — everywhere No voice — still speaks Something — starts to creep Don't turn around — don't turn around Don't make a sound — don't make a sound It's getting close — it's getting close Don't turn around — don't turn around Dead phone — no call Black shape — on the wall One blink — gone fast Two steps — coming past Cold smile — no face Dark hands — out of place Heart beats — too loud I feel — the crowd Don't turn around — don't turn around Don't make a sound — don't make a sound It's getting close — it's getting close Don't turn around — don't turn around Three knocks — then four Something — at the door I run — lights die A shadow — passes by No way — to hide It's standing — by my side I freeze — it grins Then whispers — “Let me in.” Don't turn around — don't turn around Don't make a sound — don't make a sound It's right behind — it's right behind Don't turn around — you'll lose your mind
