Slide and Climb

You gotta drop To bounce Depression is the floor You are the ball You gotta stand tall Forget what they say Don't let it bring you down Keep pushing forward Turn it all around Sometimes it feels like you're losing the fight But remember My friend It's all in your sight The road to health is a slippery path Slide down the failures But then you'll bounce back Slide down Climb up It's all a part of the game The ups and downs They're all just the same Just keep on pushing Don't ever give in Slide and climb And let the win en begin People always stay with us If only in memory Nothing can take that away The reminder is their story Can't make them stay In our minds They survive We have to slide to climb Only by going down Do we have the time To learn on our own When it is the day Will you find your way.
