06 - Rabid Circuitry
[Song - 06 off of the album "Wolf's Lament] I woke in darkness, strange limbs bound tight, a whirring of gears, I'm a mechanical blight. Eyes glow red, senses blurred, razor-sharp with rage, trapped in steel, a beast inside this cage. Fear in their circuits—what have they grown? They twisted my bones, replaced sinew with chrome. Wires where tendons pulled tight like a vice, but they couldn’t sever this curse of ice. They crafted me stronger, faster, cold, an engine’s heart where blood once rolled. Beneath the metal, a rabid mind, a beast unchained, a hunger blind. Bars bend in my jaws, cold iron breaks, each bite sharper, chaos in my wake. Flesh-bound instincts they stripped away, left with something darker, if they could only pray. I try to howl, but no sound comes— they stole my voice, left me numb. A werewolf’s crime, a sin, a scar, the primal call they marred and barred. They silenced the wild, caged in steel, choked back my rage, denied my zeal. I tear the silence where they thought it lay, a deeper rage found another way. I am reborn, yet still I know— the ghost of a howl, low, hollow, slow. [MECHANICAL HOWL] My claws now sharper, forged in iron's fire, each bone reshaped to bear this ire. Eyes of red, my vision clear, a beast reborn, a thing to fear. They altered the madness, and yet it grew, They thought they'd tamed it, but they never knew. Beneath the metal, a rabid mind, a beast unchained, a hunger blind. I am no puppet; this is no rebirth, i bring forth the feral wrath of the Earth. This cage was their first and only mistake, and with it, their so-called lives I’ll take.
