[Soft distant ocean waves, low singing bowls] [Soft spoken, very slow] Welcome. You're here. Let the body rest exactly where it is. The water is close tonight — deep, warm, and holding. You don't have to hold anything. The water holds you. [Pause] This guided experience is for fibromyalgia — for a body that has been aching, and on guard, for a long time. Tonight, gently and safely, we visit one doorway. The first time the pain spoke. The worst time. The most recent time. Or the worry about the next time. Let whichever one wants to come forward... come forward. No forcing. No digging. Only kindness. [Pause] Let's breathe together, in a slow square. Breathe in through the nose... two... three... four. Hold, soft... two... three... four. Now let it leave through the mouth, long and slow... five... six... seven... eight — like fog lifting off old water. Hold, empty and easy... two... three... four. [Pause] Again. In... hold... and the long mouth exhale. The past leaves on the breath. [Pause] One more round, at your own pace. The exhale is the door. [Long instrumental space] [Tender] Now, from the doorway you chose... just look. You are safe here. Where does it live in the body right now? Only notice... and breathe. [Pause] Underneath the ache... is there an old anger that was never allowed to speak? It is welcome here. The water can hold it. [Pause] Was there a time you had to stay quiet and pleasant... while a storm turned inside? That younger you did what was needed. Tell them: I see you now. [Pause] Who held the control... and where did your freedom go? You may take it back, gently, on this breath. [Pause] Has the body felt like an enemy — like it failed you? Feel this instead: it has been trying, all along, to carry you. [Pause] If hurting was once the only way to be noticed... know this: you may be loved now, without hurting. Let that in on the left side, soft as rain. [Pause] And the tired guard in you — the one watching for a danger that never shows its face — tell the guard: you may rest now. I am safe tonight. [Long instrumental space] Now the tide rises, slow and clean, from below. [sung "O"] Red at the base of the spine, warm as cinnamon, old as stone. The current moves through the family lines... the silt of old fear lifts, and washes out to sea. You remain. You belong. [sung "Oo"] Orange below the navel, soft as a rose on the water. Receiving flows in again... giving and receiving, easy as tides. [sung "Ah"] Gold in the upper belly, warm as ginger — the body's battery. Old anger, old guilt, the hands of control... only silt now. The tide takes it. Your power stays, calm as a hearth flame. [sung "Ay"] Green in the center of the chest, a garden after rain. The grief that covered the anger... lifting, rinsing. Forgive what is fading. Make peace with this good body. [sung "Ee"] Blue at the throat, cool as eucalyptus on the breath. The swallowed words, the polite silence... loosening, floating free. Your true voice rests here, clean and unafraid. [sung "Mm"] Indigo between the brows, a still lake at night. The fog of overthinking clears. You see the good. [sung "Ng"] Violet at the top of the head, open as sky. The whole river runs clear now, root to crown. One clean current. [Long instrumental space] And now... the Old Crap Clearing. Simple, and kind. Imagine a gentle magnet resting at the bottom of the chin. Slowly it sweeps up over the face... over the crown... down to the back of the neck — drawing the old charge up and out. Let it release. Let it go. [Pause] Again. Chin... face... crown... neck. The old feeling lifts away with it. [Pause] A third pass, slower still... the water carries whatever the magnet gathers. [Pause] And a fourth, complete. Lighter now. [Pause] And one more gentle way this old energy is released — everywhere it began, everywhere it was stored: Right and wrong, good and bad, Point of Creation, Point of Destruction, all nine, shorts, boys, and beyonds. And it's done. Everywhere it began... everywhere it was stored... released. [Long instrumental space] Come back slowly, to clear water. The body was never your opponent. It is your oldest friend... and tonight, you made peace. When you rise, drink water. And move a little — a slow walk, a gentle sway. Keep the river moving. You are safe. You are held. You can. Love stays. [Whispered] With infinite love and gratitude — and so it is. [Waves slowly fading]
