People should be offended that leaders defended handing needles out in the street in parks where kids run and play next to schools while junkies drool- the city continues to decay. In doing so they've claimed defeat. They just let the problem grow after all, those people who are dead are people we don't know nor on their path's we've tread. Lot's of people don't have a home so on the streets they live they have little they can call their own there's so little they have to give. When there's nothing left to give all you can do is take. How is it, these people, are who city leaders forsake? This is not compassion it's only the distraction from saving the city and people's lives in this God forsaken place where nothing thrives.
