Deep Sky Blue #ShowYourColor

Made this for Snoz’s Color Playlist! As you can read, I chose Deep Sky Blue. playlist can be found here: playlist/f7d87ff2-36bb-4311-9216-7b6199da94f6 Here’s the idea behind my choices: This persona is a Dreamy Symphonic Doom iteration of my primary persona, In the Void, which is Gothic Power Metal. Tbh, I used it because it was giving me results that just Felt right. But, In the Void is supposed to be empowering yet grounded. Power metal is bright, and Gothic metal is dark. The prompt’s genres are more symbolic of the color. Prog metal and Atmospheric Post-Metal are the vastness of the sky, Symphonic Power metal is its grandeur, and Melodic Death metal brings in growling to contrast the Clear vocals. I didn’t pay attention to the specific tempo at all, just felt that too, but the note C# resonates with a color that’s basically Cyan and is very close to Deep Sky Blue. ********************************************************************* [Verse 1] The tempests rage inside my weary soul I crave the vastness, oh so calm and whole Where heavy burdens fall out of my way Into the blue that turns from night to day [Chorus] Bathed in the light of skies so clear and wide Freedom and might now flow at my side Clarity wakes the voice I long to free This is the power (power) calling out to me [Postchorus] Deep Sky Blue! Deep Sky Blue! Deep Sky Blue! (Deep Sky Blue!) [Verse 2] From silent prisons rising with new breath My throat ignites, defying fear and death Renewal rushes like a cool stream Horizons open, fulfilling every dream [Prechorus] The storm is breaking, the blue glows through Now feel the color run vivid and true [Chorus] Bathed in the light of skies so clear and wide Freedom and might now flow at my side Clarity wakes the voice I long to free This is the power (power) calling out to me [Postchorus] Deep Sky Blue! Deep Sky Blue! Deep Sky Blue! (Deep Sky Blue!) [Solo] [Prechorus] The storm is breaking, the blue glows through Now feel the color run vivid and true [Chorus] Bathed in the light of skies so clear and wide Freedom and might now flow at my side Clarity wakes the voice I long to free This is the power (power) calling out to me Bathed in the light of skies so clear and wide Freedom and might now flow at my side Clarity wakes the voice I long to free This is the power (power) calling out to me [Postchorus] Deep Sky Blue!
