**** Batsu to tsumi **** Appendix at the end of lyrics. It's a long journey, I know, you have to scroll a bit, since the lyrics are long and they have been transcripted in ENG (almost literal transaltion) and ITA (original). **** ***** **** ENGLISH **** ***** **** The sun rises Lazy and without warmth I search the streets, not sure for what Maybe a piece of me Again yesterday On me your seed and sweat Again today Waking up: no trace of you The world eats us gradually Nothing remains of us Stay here inside me Leave behind the "whys", the "buts", the "ifs" Stay still I know well what to do Call out my name I'll let you do whatever you want Your desires will be mine too Yes, I love you And I love someone else every night You like me as a slut (but only for you?) But every night my devotion is sincere While you close your eyes we are always three The world eats us slowly I have to do something I seem dirty I know But let me do it I'll heal you Stay still I know what to do Call out her name too I'll be her or whoever you want Your desires are already mine A car speeds by, a gunshot, a scream, an explosion It’s all distant, not important, I think of you (reality in fluctuation) The world eats us slowly I have to do something I seem crazy I know But let yourself go I’ll heal us Harder yes, don’t worry You can’t ever hurt me Not her, no you want me I belong to everyone she’s only for herself the sun rises lazy and without warmth I search the streets not sure for what maybe a piece of me I’m cold inside I’d want to call you. But I don’t know your name, I know nothing about you. I’m cold inside I’d want to call you. But I don’t know your name, I know nothing about you. Maybe I'd want to call you **** ***** **** ORIGINAL **** ***** **** Si alza il sole / pigro e senza calore Cerco in strada / non so cosa / (forse un pezzo di me) Anche ieri / su di me il tuo seme e sudore Anche oggi / al risveglio / nessun segno di te Il mondo / ci mangia gradualmente Di noi / resta niente Stai qui / dentro me lascia dietro i "perchè" / i "ma", i "se" Stai fermo / so bene / cosa fare Invoca / il mio nome Ti lascio far quel che vuoi I tuoi desideri / saranno anche i miei Si, ti amo / e amo qualcuno ogni sera Ti va bene puttana / (ma solo con te!?!) Ma ogni sera / la mia devozione è sincera Mentre tu / chiudi gli occhi / siamo sempre in tre Il mondo / ci mangia / lentamente Non riesco / a non far niente Sembro sporca / lo so Ma lasciami fare / ti curerò Stai fermo / so ben / cosa fare Invoca / anche il suo nome Sarò lei / o chi vuoi I tuoi desideri / sono già i miei Un'auto sfreccia, qualche sparo, un urlo, un'esplosione E' tutto distante, non è importante, penso a te, (la realtà in fluttuazione) Il mondo / ci mangia / lentamente Non riesco / a non far niente Sembro matta / lo so Ma lasciati andare / ci curerò Più forte / si, non ti preoccupare Non puoi / mai farmi male Non lei, no / tu vuoi me Io sono di tutti / lei è solo per sé Si alza il sole / pigro e senza calore Cerco in strada / non so cosa / forse un pezzo di me Ho freddo dentro / ti vorrei chiamare Ma non so il tuo nome / non so nulla di te Ho freddo dentro / ti vorrei chiamare Ma non so il tuo nome / non so nulla di te Forse ti vorrei chiamare **** ***** **** The creative process (ugh... such a loaded term) follows some pretty strange paths: 1) First obvious ispiration for 罰と罪 is 罪と罰. Actually this supposed to be a adaptation/cover. The metrics of lyrics are made to fit the original (and, believe me, it has been a challenge). Problem is, I did it and was TOO similar to original. So I changed it but, over a different chord progression, the verse vocal line is there. 2) Another source of inspiration comes from my toxic fascination to TamanecoMabo stream. Not something I can write, but I loved to introduce some "physical" element in softer a way of mine (yeah, the foresaid user changed my perception of explicity). It fits well with K-Liz personality and style... not strictly visual-k, but visual-k-Liz. 3). Letiza has always been a strange character, but I started developing her more "pathological" side in A Spring Epiphany, heavily inspired by the reality-bending experiences I scavenged from Eqvirther’s stream. So it felt natural to join his new event, bringing K-Liz back into the fold, giving me an excuse to drop this song that's sleeping in months in the abyss of my "To drop" list. Sorry for going longer than usual, but I want to make a point—actually, two: Mechanically, our brain operates not so differently from Suno’s. Creation is a patchwork of experiences and inspiration. The only real creator was the caveman, but he sucked at technique. Don’t neglect your contacts. Many are dull, I know—we often reciprocate out of politeness. I do it too, often than I'd admit. But some of them are genuine positive forces.
