Temporary Earth—Eternal Departure v. 2

[Line 1] People think: we live short lives, die, and that’s it — unfortunately; But the truth is that the earth is very temporary compared to eternity. The truth is that there’s existence beyond the temporal; it’s not scary. [Chorus] We get to choose where we go. God is the judge, yes; but he does ask us, though, if we want him or darkness. [Line 2] And since the earth is very short in comparison to eternity, we must sober up — resort: on our LORD GOD and not vanity. In God, to invest: this is just the best — to give him all our time; to not shrink, worry, fear, nor be stressed. [Line 3] Don’t slip with thoughts; be encouraged. God loves us lots, trust not in garbage. It’s light versus dark. People are mistaken in their lust. So listen, and hark: the earth is temporal, we must journey and embark this way with our trust in the Lord (yes, the Lord) the ONE who is just. [Chorus] We get to choose where we go. God is the judge, yes; but he does ask us, though, if we want him or darkness. [Build-up] Don’t slip with thoughts; be encouraged. God loves us lots, trust not in garbage. Don’t slip with thoughts; be encouraged. God loves us lots, trust not in garbage. [Instrumental]
