[intro 0:00-0:30] [soft African chant] [ deep voice calling "ahhhhhhhhhhh ] [ethnic Afro feeling grows] [GENTLE drums] [ deep voice "ahhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhh"] [deep husky calls repeat a number of times ] [female singer] [singing only] In a dream I found myself walking in Africa taking in the rural sights with a guide dressed in white [deep husky chants and calls] [female singer] We came to a sacred hut, a local shrine to honor the spirits there But the honor was really mine I felt the spirits' presence mysterious, and sublime [deep husky chants and calls] [female voice] [singing only] My guide was taking me to a holy waterfall known there to all, as the "Down Waters" [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] In the water I saw fish come together and even playing cards you might draw same fish and same cards joining others like shards that looked the same [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] I saw this as a sign to me of the law of attraction one I could clearly see [sing loudly] "LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE" [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] Then we passed through a village and a market too where a man tried to sell me a big bunch of bananas not giving them for free [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] I told him in Spanish "No thank you" knowing it was the wrong language but the only foreign one I knew [deep husky chants and calls] [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] I was being taken to meet the sister of the guide in white. an artist like myself not intended to be a fright [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] Finally we got there to the place where I saw the young African woman artist. [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] It was quite a shock She was ME in another body living at the same time as an African in her prime [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] I was suddenly awake in the dream fully aware looking around hearing the African sounds [deep husky chants and calls] [female singing] But it was just too much of a shock to see such I began to spin around up and away from the African sounds away from that other life as an African ME It was a very odd scene That unforgettable dream I wondered what could it mean? I have questioned identity with its profound mysteries But divine blessings have shown me the true Identity of me and you with our lives so bright We are always the Living Light [Outro] [extend drumming] [rich humming Ahhhhhhh] [fading slowly out]
