[Verse 1] Step aside, baby, let the sister shine, I got sparkle in my heart and a rhythm in my mind. From the Land of Sweets to the Christmas night, I bring sugar, soul, and a whole lotta light. [Pre-Chorus] When I glide on in, those trumpets play, Strings start hummin' in a satin sway. One little twirl and the crowd gets weak— I put the “sweet” in the Land of Sweets. [Chorus] 🎶 I’m your Sugar Plum Sister, With a holiday glimmer. Got a peppermint stride And a soul that shimmers. Oh, dance with me, darling, Through the frosty air— Your Sugar Plum Sister’s gonna take you there. 🎶 [Verse 2] Clara’s in the doorway, eyes open wide, Prince lookin' smooth with the royal stride. But when they wanna feel that joy unbound, They call the Sister who runs this town. [Pre-Chorus] Don’t need no wand, don’t need no crown, Just a velvet gown and a backbeat sound. Snap your fingers twice and follow my cue— This Christmas magic’s overdue. [Chorus] 🎶 I’m your Sugar Plum Sister, With a midnight glimmer. Got a jingle bell swing And a groove that simmers. Oh, dance with me, darling, Through the snowy air— Your Sugar Plum Sister’s gonna take you there. 🎶 [Bridge – Slow, Smoky, Soulful] 🎤 Come a little closer in this winter scene, Let the spotlight glow like a tangerine. I’ll twirl you ‘round, keep your spirit high— We’ll turn this ballroom into the sky. [Breakdown – Funky Instrumental] (Clavinet riff + tambourine + walking bass. The crowd claps on the 2 and 4.) [Final Chorus – Big Diva Ending] 🎶 I’m your Sugar Plum Sister, With a Christmas shimmer, Got a starry-night crown And a soul that glitters. Oh, follow me, baby— Through the frosty air… Your Sugar Plum Sister’s gonna take you there. 🎶 [Outro – Whispered, playful] “Merry Christmas, sugar… keep on twirlin’.”
